GREETINGS FROM BERLIN

These photos are from a limited edition book about my mother's home town of Berlin, Wisconsin – population around 5,000.  It brings together old family photos and this portfolio of more recent images.  The text is from an interview with my father, Paul Samuelson.   About 20 years ago, my brother Bob, my father and I went on a roots trip to Berlin.  Dad sat in the backseat, happily talking into a small recorder.  He had adopted Berlin, as his American town. He seemed to know everything about Berlin during the time Crawfords lived there.
